We are delighted to announce that our new South Dublin Credit Union Mobile App is now live. This updated version of our App features a new modern design, improved navigation, and an enhanced user experience, making it even easier to manage your money anytime anywhere.

What can you do with our new app?

Many of the features you already know and used previously are still in our App but now they’re easier and faster to access:

Secure Access

• We are using the latest security technology to keep your data protected.  Log in quickly and securely using your unique PIN, with complete peace of mind that your personal and financial information is safe

• You also have the option to log in using Biometric recognition going forward if you choose to do so

Your Accounts on the go at your fingertips

• View real-time account balances and recent transactions

• Stay on top of your spending with clear, easy-to-read summaries

Apply for a Loan

• Apply for a loan directly through the app securely and at your convenience in just a few steps

• Upload documents quickly using the in-app document upload feature

• Track the status of your loan application right from your phone

Make Secure Transfers Easily

• Transfer money between your Credit Union accounts

• Transfer to external bank accounts (payees) safely and securely

• Add new payees quickly and securely within the App

• Notify payees when a transfer has been made to them

Manage Your Information

• Change your PIN at any time for added security

• Update your email address so we can stay in touch with you

• Review and manage your marketing consents

• Change your login from your PIN to Biometric recognition

Contact & Branch Information

• Need to contact us or visit us in person? The App includes a Contact & Branch information section where you can:

• Locate our office in Stillorgan using our interactive map
• View our office address, opening hours and contact details
• Message us with any queries you may have

• Please note that members will need to re-enter their Member Number and PIN the first time they log in to the new version of the App.
